JAM 2019 - Puerto Madryn

Since 1985, the Argentine Society for the Study of Mammals (SAREM) has organized the Argentine Mammalogy Conference (JAM) annually.

The main aim of the JAM is to promote the exchange of knowledge among the participants, stimulate the development of joint research proposals, promote updating on topics of general interest to the mammalogy community, detect areas of common interest for attendees from different parts of the country and abroad, and generate expectations of interest in the participating students and scholarship fellows.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the XXXIII JAM had to be postponed until the epidemiological situation allows a face-to-face meeting. That is why this year we decided to meet virtually in the eJAM .21 to maintain the space for exchange that our Conferences generate annually.
